Accessing or Filtering Reports

Accessing or Filtering Packages or Services Reports - by an API

You can access or filter an API report on the Packages and Services page.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the Boomi Cloud API Management (Control Center) dashboard.

  2. Click Reports on the Get Started page or navigate to Analyze > Reports.

    This opens the Packages Summary reports page for All Packages. On the displayed report, you can hover over certain areas of the chart to view additional information. Refer to the Summary page for more information.

    1. In Select or Search for a Package, choose a package from the list. This refreshes the Summary page and displays reports for the selected Package.

    2. Navigate to the Developer Activity, API Usage, and System Status tabs to view the developer activity, API usage, and system status for the selected package.

  3. Navigate to the Services tab. This opens the Services Summary reports page for All Services.

    1. In Select or Search for a Service, choose a service from the list. This refreshes the Summary page and displays reports for the selected service.

    2. Navigate to the Developer Activity, API Usage, and System Status tabs to view the selected service developer activity, API usage, and system status.

Data Disclaimer: While current-day data accuracy is high, it may be slightly under-reported as we balance the speed of first data availability and accuracy. All data should be reported from all points in our distributed network within 12 hours.

Filtering Packages or Services Reports - by Date, Month, or Quarter

You can filter an API report by date, month, or quarter on the Packages and Services page.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the Boomi Cloud API Management (Control Center) dashboard.

  2. Click Reports on the Get Started page or navigate to Analyze > Reports. This opens the Packages Summary reports page for All Packages.

  3. On the Packages or Services reports page, do the following:

    1. Click the Custom Date Range list to select a predefined custom date range (by Date, Month, or Quarter).

    2. Click the Calendar icon to select a start date.

    3. Click the Calendar icon to select an end date.

  4. Click Apply. This displays reports for the selected date range.

Filtering Packages Reports - by Plan

You can filter the Package report by plan on the Packages page.

  1. Sign in to the Boomi Cloud API Management (Control Center) dashboard.

  2. Click Reports on the Get Started page or navigate to Analyze > Reports.

    This opens the Packages Summary reports page for All Packages.

  3. In Select or Search for a Package, choose a package from the list. This opens the Overview page for the chosen package-related reports for All Plans.

  4. Click the All Plans list to select a plan.

    This refreshes the package Overview page and displays reports for the selected Plan.

On this Page
